Microsoft Windows Vista

i need a free disc to upgrade from windows vista home premium 32 bit to either vista 64 bit or windows 7. please let me know if i can have free discs sent to me. thank you

Unfortunately that is very unliely to happen.

 

Operating system licenses are not for free. There never was a free path to upgrade from Vista 32-bit to Windows 7 or to Vista 64-bit. 

 

There was an either or scenario that existed in Enterprise model desktop PCs if purchased that way, but yours is an eight year old consumer version.  That makes it a moot point.

 

Microsoft does not support Vista nor sell copies of the operating system anymore.  That boat sailed quite a while ago.
