HP Pavilion desktop screen not lighting up, usb ports not working

Hi, i have a HP Pavilion 23 desktop, it has been acting weird lately and now we can not get the creen to pop up, when we hard restart it you can hear it booting up but no screen, and also the usb drives arent responding to the wireless keyboard/mouse receiver. please help thanks.

  • When was the last time the computer was working fine?
  • What is the operating system you are using?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

 

Meanwhile, follow the steps in the below article for No image on screen, screen is blank and check if it helps.
