This started a week ago, it did it once and than 3 days later happen again once than yesterday happen 3 times and today happened 5 times... what happens is i am randomly doing somthing on my computer and suddently the audio cuts out and screen goes blank but the thing is the computer is still on it is making some noise and the power button light is still on when I click the button to turn it off nothing happens so I have to unplug my computer so i can have it working again.Somthing kind of simular happen before about a year ago we had to get a new graphics card because one day it stopped working and nothing would display on the monitors (I do not know if it would turn on or not )I am wodering what fix my computer needs.

As I understand the computer is powering on, however, doesn't have a display on the screen anymore,

 

Don't worry as I have a few steps to help you get through this concern,

 

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Have you made any software or hardware changes on the PC?

Was there any update/reset interrupted recently?

When was the last time it worked (date)?

 

In the meantime, let's try these steps here:

 

Perform a Hard reset on the PC

 

Attempt a Bios Recovery

 

If the above steps work and the display turns on/if not, use an alternate monitor and then: Perform a hardware test to be on a safer side.

 

If the steps didn't work, use the below links for further assistance:
