HP Pavilion p7 1254 GPU Upgrade Question

Frosyy690, welcome to the forum.

The card will fit into the computer.  However, it will not work in the computer because it requires UEFI in the motherboard instead of a standard BIOS.  There is no way to upgrade the motherboard to UEFI.

HP Pavilion p7 1254 GPU Upgrade Question

I wish that I could help you, but all of the 700 and 7000 series cards require UEFI.  As I said, the GT 640 cards were the last not to require UEFI.
