I have three troubleshooting suggestions for you. BTW which OS are you using?
1) Reseat your memory modules.
2) try another power supply (power supply problems)
3) Clear CMOS and load defaults

I have had this same issue, where the PC will not boot up. the CPU fan is going, the hard disk is spinning and the fan on the PCI-E vidio card I installed is spinning. After checking all of the connectors, I discovered that the power connector from the power supply that attaches to the motherboard was not seated correctly. this connector is next to the CPU and the wires were bent toward the front of the PC and not straight up and down. I straightened the wires and the connector to the motherboard and everything started working again. I hope that this helps.

My Slimeline will not POST either. Has happen a couple of times. Using the Recovery Disc with PC-Doctor, the disc reads and loads PC-Doctor, run a test or simply exit and my Slimline then boots to Windows on the restart. I am thinking a CMOS problem. How do you clear CMOS?

Now it will not boot up at all. Hard drive light flashes once when power is turned on, the CD spins and attempts to read, but does not POST, boot or other than power lights are on.
Have re-seated memory modules, checked for bent pins and cleared CMOS.

I think you may have the same problem I had. I have sent mine in 4 times under warranty to have the motherboard replaced as it was defective (or so I was told). They originally said it was a bad run of motherboards but after 4 replacements I have concluded it was poorly designed. Now it is not under warranty and they want $200 to fix it. Last time that they did fix it under warranty it lasted just past the 90 day extended warranty and then died. I suggest you pitch it in the trash and purchase a new model.
