pavillion 23-p250NA all in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi guys I have a HP Pavillion 23 AIO the screen is cracked.. so i need a replacement screen repair, or can anyone point me in the direction or provide a suitable source where I can buy one please.

Thanks for taking an interest in the HP Support Forums! After reading your post I see that your HP Pavilion all in one computer screen is cracked. I would like to help you out with this issue today.

 

First, confirm it is not a software issue.

  • Connect an external screen or boot into bios screen and check.
  • When you turn on the computer, keep pressing F10 key to enter into bios screen.

Once you confirm it’s a hardware issue.

Contact HP phone support for assistance on this.
