HP ProDesk 400 G2 Microtower PC BIOS problem

HP Recommended
HP ProDesk 400 G2 Microtower
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

Problem stands as:

Computer after startup screen show " no option to boot to" message in black background.

If conected to network trying to PXE boot over IP6

In BIOS setup>Device Config - HDD and DVD listed, also show any USB device if pluged in.

BIOS not allow to save any changes in settings(no errors, no messages, but revert to previous state)

Error message if try to reset to factory defaults or save settings as default.

F9 Boot menu list only IP6 and IP4 UEFI boot devices(endles list ~100 entries or so)

If try to enter BOOT ORDER in BIOS  - PC seizes up, have to powercycle.

CMOS reset ( even batery removal for 1 min ) doesn't make change.

BIOS v 02.18 ( 05.09.2014 )

Win10 x64

Any advice appreciated

Thank you

Update:

If press ESC at startup get blue startup menu with options.

Last option "Run UEFI Application..." allow me to dig in to HDD and select "BOOTX64.EFI" and Windows load up.

After restart -  "no option to boot"

Some thing is messed up BIOS BOOT options but I can't change them settings.!!!

Waiting for advice

Thanks
