I recently installed 3 new Genuine HP Cartridges last weekend. Upon doing this, I received a message stating that I had saved reward points and asked me if I wanted to View Rewards now. When I cick on the hyperlink in the green "HP Rewards" box, I receive an error message stating, "You must be connected to the internet to access HP Rewards." It continues to say, "HP Rewards may not be available in all areas." I have attached a screenshot of the error below.
I've seen on other forums where other HP Rewards members have experienced the same error, but I have not found any threads outlining a resolution. I am running off of Microsoft Windows 10 (64 bit). I am definitey not having any issues with my wireless data connection, and have even attempted this while connected on an alternate wireless network. I have reset my computer and made sure that the HP drivers and software on my computer are up to date. Please advise what steps I should take to resolve or an alternative way for me to check my HP Rewards.
