Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

We have a mix of HP T510/T620 thin clients and they all disconnect RDP sessions when a user idles for just a few minutes, when the user returns the remote connection is showing the remote session but once they start using the computer it disconnects and they have to reconnect the remote session.

We have tried to use an unmanaged switch but this doesn't solve the issue, has anyone seen this and is there a setting we can change to stop this from happening?

Have you tried to change to power options on the ThinClient? Is there anything like energysaving or a screensaver?

Does this also happen, when you use a normal computer for the RDP connection or just with the ThinClients? Does it affect all ThinClients or just some?
