Product: HP a1483W
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

When I turn my computer on the HP Invent screen comes up then it goes blank and I have a blip in the upper left hand corner of the screen.  I have tried control, alt, delete and nothing happens.  What can I do to fix this?

I think your PC is no longer supported by HP.

 

The model you supply gives link to retired HP support link policy.

 

I am sorry to say you maybe have motherboard or power supply problem.

 

Could be something else but you have to check components in PC to find bad one.
