My hp all in one 22-3020 screen opens upto a blue choose an option menu, I've tried restoring, recovering,however everything fails. I then preformed a quick hard drive test, smart check says passed but the short dst failed... What are my options & what should I do next ?

First off, Hats off to you for a job well done as you have tried the basic troubleshooting steps and checked settings on the unit, before posting the query in the HP forums. It is amazing to see how technically competent you are. It is always a privilege to work with tech-savvy customers like you.
I went through the failure code and found this to be an issue with the hard drive. I would suggest you could either contact our HP phone support to have the part replaced/ computer serviced or you can visit our HP Part store to have a replacement part.
