Kyle, welcome to the forum.
This error message is telling you that your hard drive has failed. Your only option is to replace it. You can test it further using the SMART test from the BIOS. When you replace it you should buy one the same size or larger. If you didn't backup your personal data, you will not be able to retreive it. You should begin doing this immediately after you replace the drive.
