Product: HP 19 AIO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hard drive crashed, out of warranty, purchased a new Western Digital 1tb Drive, want to purchase (buy) a set of recovery media for my computer and Windows 7 OS. Note....I want to PURCHSE it

Hi:

 

Enter the product number for your PC in the box at the link below and you will be directed to the support page for your specific model.

 

http://h22207.www2.hp.com/us-en

 

Then select the W7 driver page and if HP sells recovery disks for your model, the last item on the W7 driver page should be a link to order recovery media.

 

The product number of your PC can be found on the same sticker as the serial number.
