Help please with my monitor

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello there i got this monitor from my uncle who lives in US.

This monitor is great, but last months it started to get crazy, started to flash.  And few days ago it just shut down and wont power up anymore. I really dont have money to buy new one, im on college and I really need my monitor. Thats why my uncle got it for me. I really cant afford to spend any money of monitor.

I understand that your monitor is not working. I will be glad to assist you. 

Have you tried any other power and display cables for your monitor?

Have you tried to connect the monitor to any other wall outlet?

 

Please refer to this HP Article and try the steps suggested in the article

If the issue persists, please contact our phone support for any service options available. 

 

Please follow the procedure mentioned below to contact our phone support. 

  • Open link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/
  • Enter Product number or select to auto detects
  • Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
  • Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get phone number.
