I just bought an HP Envy 700-074 and downgraded to Windows 7 from Windows 8. I am not sure I have all the drivers, and I cant seem to find the DRIVER that works for the "Integrated Bluetooth 4.0 and Wireless LAN featuring 1x1 technology". Can anyone provide me with the Windows 7 drivers for my desktop? Much Appreciated.

I cannot find that model number anywhere.
Please select the model number you have from the list below.

Below are the links to the W7 x64 wireless and bluetooth drivers your model needs:

You are the Wizard! Bluetooth works now. The only driver that appears to be missing under my Device Manager now is an "SM Bus Controller"? Can you help me with that one. Thanks again for taking the time to assist.

You're very welcome.
The Intel chipset driver should take care of that device.
You were able to install the graphics driver?
That doesn't always show up as missing.
If you go to the device manager and click to expand the Display Adapters category, you should see the model of the display adapter listed.
If you see a device labeled Standard VGA Adapter, then the graphics driver is not installed.

Graphics Driver says Intel 4600. Device manager is still showing the SM Bus Controller under "Other Devices" as not being properly installed. Everything else looks good. Thanks again!

OK, so according to what you have posted you're good to go except for the chipset driver.
Apparently the one from Intel doesn't include the Z87 chipset.
So... try the W8 driver from your PC's support and driver page.
If it does not install because there is a gatekeeper that says opeating system not supported Or some other error, then close out of any error windows.
Go to the device manager and click on the smbus controller needing drivers. Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp61969.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.
