Hooking Up HP Desktop With HP 4K Z24s Monitor To Get Resolution 3840x2160@60hz

HP Pavilion 550-122a
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently purchased HP pavilion 550-122a desktop with 3.20ghz core i5 6th generation with intel HD Graphics 530, 8gb DDR3 ram,  along with HP 4k Z24s  UHD LED Monitor.This desktop has already installed Windows10 (64bit)

 

Will some body assist  how i will get 3840x2160 resolution to get 4k@60hz.???????

Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

 

The specs I could find on your PC show that only the display port jack on the Nvidia GeForce GTX 745 card supports resolutions up to 4096 x 2160.

 

The other jacks support lower resolutions, only.

 

Nothing in your PC supports 7680 x 4320.
