Turn off sleep mode so  it will receive faxes when ever they are send.

Should be an option in the Settings on touchscreen.I have a different model but it is under Setup,Power handling. Although I would think receiving a fax would wake it. If mine goes into sleep mode and a print job is sent it wakes up-don't use fax so don't really know if that should work differently.

 

If there is no option in Setup on the touchscreen-open the EWS page for the printer. Click on the icon on desktop for the printer. On the page that opens go to Settings tab. There you should see an option for Auto off. Disable it.
