How do I make my computer wireless?

Hello- I have an HP a4317. What do I need to do to connect to a wireless network? I purchased a Dlink WBR-2310, my computer can't find the signal. Thanks!

Re: How do I make my computer wireless?

The D-Link WBR-2310 is a wireless router.  You connect that device to the internet.  However, unless you PC has a wireless adapter then you will not be able to connect to the D-Link wireless router. You can still use the D-Link router by using an Ethernet cable in the mean time until you get a wireless adapter.
