You can try to do this following steps

1: Shutdown the Computer .Disconnect the power cable and hold down the power buttom for 5 to 10 sec. and connect the power cable back in. start tapping the ESC on the keyboard with the computer off.  While tapping the ESC turn on the computer . You will see a startup menu . Press F10 once and then scroll down to the option apply defaults and Exit and press enter.

2: If the computer still doesnt start normally you can try to do a system restore.

Start tapping the ESC on the keyboard with the computer off.  While tapping the ESC turn on the computer . You will see a startup menu . press F11 and you will be inside Recovery manger . select the option troubleshooting . and then Advanced option . then system restore >> will be able to see the date and time . check the for the date and time when the computer was working fine  . or select the lastest date and start the system restore .

3. if there is no restore points or after system restore if still have the same issue, you can try a system recovery which will competely reset the pc to its factory state , like you had it on the day 1 when you purchased the pc.  For system recovery

Start tapping the ESC on the keyboard with the computer off.  While tapping the ESC turn on the computer . You will see a startup menu . press F11 and you will be inside Recovery manger . select the option troubleshooting and select the option recovery manger , select system recovery and follow the on screen instruction.

Had the same problem with my Pavillion all in one. The second option worked. Thanks!
