HP ENVY 17-j151ei Notebook
Windows is running perfectly on my system until I install the hyper-v tools through "activate Windows features".
Installed latest Bluetooth Drivers

HP doesn't support virtualization on consumer PCs.
You would need to activiate hyper-v through the Windows turn features on and off that is available under the Control Panel -->Programs and Features. Additionally, you need to be running Windows 8 Pro or higher.
