I can't remember the password for my laptop and I'm locked out.HELP!!!

I understand that you are unable to recall the password of your computer. 

Not to worry, I will be glad to help. 

Have you made any changes on your computer?

Is your computer connected to the internet?

 

Check if your computer is connected to your wireless network, if not connect to your network and try to login. 

If it is connected to the internet, disconnect and try to login. 

Are you using local and connected account?

Please refer to this HP Article for assistance.
