I have a TEREDO TUNNELING ADAPTER driver problem

I'm sorry , now I see how it's done. I put the whole question in the subject line. I will start over if necessary. I have tried  Microsoft and they say this is the correct driver  and a (code10) was it's status. Can anyone tell me what to do with this ?
