I have an older keyboard ( Compaq P/N KUD0060) that works just fine with my current computer (HP 110-124) but do not know if I need the driver for the older keyboard.the keyboard has a Smart Card Terminal and other buttone that do not work on my current computer.

You would need to find a driver for the Smart Card Terminal that matches your current operating system if you want to use that feature.

You should probably just use it as a normal keyboard if it is a seriously old keyboard. That is my own opinion.
