I have an HP Envy Desktop 750-427c and need help in burning a DVD

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have burned a CD on my HP ENVY Desktop 750-427c that worked great, but I can't figure out how to burn a DVD.  For some reason it won't let me.  I have DVD+RW disks that are Sony brand.  I would love some help with knowing how to do this.

Thanks for your help.

@WDF11,

There are many free CD/DVD burner programs.

https://www.winxdvd.com/resource/top3-free-dvd-burning-software-review.htm

I use:  CDBurnerXP, and  ImgBurn.   Also have PowerISO, and BurnAware Free available.

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..
