Your computer is an "All-In-One" desktop, with integrated video.

It does not have any "video-output" port.

So, a usual recommendation, namely to connect an external monitor, to "clone" the screen output, is not easily possible.

However, one option is to buy: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-usb-to-vga-adapter-black/4974300.p?skuId=4974300

It connects to one of USB 2.0 ports on your computer, and allows you to attach a standard monitor, so that you can "see" what is happening.

Is your computer still under warranty?  If so, contact HP, to get it serviced.

If not, take your computer to a qualified repair technician, for trouble-shooting and repair, because there is really nothing else that you can do.
