Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

When I first got my computer, I got a free upgrade to Windows 10. I got a virus on my computer, and when it was fixed, all my info and files were gone. And my computer was on Windows 8.1, and it still is. Please help me get my Windows 10 back!

Hi,

Please go to Microsoft site to get information and create installtion media

       https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10

After that, use the media to install Windows 10 - note: skip the step asking to enter key. You Windows 10 will be activate automatically when you come online.

Another note: you can only install Windows 10 version/edition before the crash. Windows won't activate with different version/edition. (for example your old version was Home, you can't install Pro).

Regards.
