I need help with my video card upgrade

@Napoleon11, welcome to the forum.

Here is the explanation of why the two ports on the motherboard don't work when a discrete video card is installed:

*Integrated video is not available if a graphics card is installed.

  • Integrated graphics are supported by the installed processor
  • One PCI Express x16 slot (Gen 3.0)

You should contact the manufacturer of the video card for help with the DVI port.  It should work without you doing anything.  If not, you may have a failed card.

 Let me tell something, this es the secound card that I fix to the mother board (the same 730 model) and both show the same problem, the DVI por is dead or off, no signal coming out and the Pc system do not detect the monitor conected to DVI-1 PORT, but when I take the video card out and conected the monitor to the DVI-native port this work and I can take 2 monitor at once, on the vidio card the DVI is not detected. Remember it is the secound car (bran new) that I try.
