Hi, My name is Bethann, My Hp tower (modeom)-Pavilion a1328x. Prod-EL456AA. hp-sn CNH5491CG.1. That something wrong and I turn everything on and I read the Dell falt screen has my name and I put my current password Wolverinegirl450 but won't pop up. And I see the word said username and password are incurrent!!

Try re-entering the password, making sure that the CAPS lock is turned off.

What do you mean "And I see the word said username and password are incurrent" ?
