I wiah to locate a valid HP technician to help us.

HP Recommended
HP 20-e010
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There are no error messages.  One year old computer. Trying to log on and the screen went blank for e few seconds.  When it came back on it would not accept the PIN required for access. In the past we have been in contact with some fake software repair services.  They promote themselves as bieng part of HP support.  We have stopped dealing with them, but believe they have planted a bug in the computer.  For a while now it has little irratating problems and we haven't known what to do about it. We would certainly welcome a genuine HP representative.  Please help.

@neil1001

Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

Sorry, but we are not HP Tech Support; instead, this is just a community self-help forum staffed by vounteers. We have no way of diagnosing or repairing your PC from here.  All we can do is provide links to troubleshooting steps that HP has written, and links to HP drivers.

To reach HP Tech Support, you need to contact HP Customer Support, first.  They will then put you in touch with HP Tech Support.

If you live in the US or Canada, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html#section1

If you live elsewhere, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html

NOTE: After you get through, stay on the line until you are finally able to talk to some one -- it can take a while!

If you have trouble finding a phone number, then try: 1 (800) 474-6836

---------------------------------------
However, HP Customer Support is generally not available on the weekends, so you might have to wait until Monday to contact them.

Good Luck
