Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Did the system reset, and there were problems with the sound.
No driver for the IDT High Definition Audio CODEC supports windows 10 for my computer
Updating a driver through Device Manager does not work: "There is a problem in the software installation for the device"
What should I do?

Hi:

 

See if this W10 IDT audio driver works for your model.  Install and restart the PC.

 

This package provides the IDT Tempo High Definition Audio Driver for supported desktop models that are running a supported operating system.

 

File name: sp71717.exe

Thank you, the sound came, the driver stood
It does not automatically switch the sound in the headphones. He continues to work in the speakers.

You're very welcome.

 

The only suggestion I can offer for that is to see if you can select the headphones from the control panel.

 

Go to control panel>hardware and sound>Playback tab and select the headphones.
