Product: HP ENVY DESKTOP 750-055xt
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Some icons do not open, when double click.

Which ones?

 

Sometimes, if Windows Update is running in the background, updating your computer, some applications will not open.

 

Launch Windows Update, to see if it already updating.   If it prompts you to "restart", do it.

 

Try the icons after the rebooting, and get back to us.
