Lily, welcome to the forum.

This error message is telling you that your hard drive has failed.  I suggest that you run the SMART test from the BIOS to make certain.  Your only option is to replace it if it has failed.

Please I have the same problem and I don't know what to do 😞. It's frustrating. How do I install an operating system when it keeps telling me that hard disk doesn't exist ?? Can I install an operating system through my USB??. I'll really love it if you replied sooner. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum, @atomicnessa.

It would be better if you would start you own thread.  This will allow more members to give you answers.  Once a thread has had replies many don't look at it further.  You should be certain to list your computer model and operating system.
