Is it possible to add one more 3.5 hdd on Slimline 450-090hk

Hi this is HK user

I like to add one more 3.5 HDD to my PC, I see there is free space with under existing HDD but not sure can I add the HDD there.
There is 2 slim black wire inside the space one side connect to the board and one connect to the case

Here is the upgrade and service manual. As you have already looked inside, study the 2 connectors/cables on the existing hard drive. The larger is the power lead. Do you have a spare existing from the power supply? The smaller is the Sata data lead. You will have to purchase that cable.
