Keyboard KG1450
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The number key (keypad) does not work for any programs. It works only when I hit the pass code as I open my account.
Is there a NumLock on any keys?

If you look at your numbers pad the numbers lock is at the top left corner, have you tried pairing it by pressing the botton on the back of your keyboard.

Thank you for the reply.

I don't find the numlock at the top left corner... (the top left of the key pad is "prt sc" and of the keyboard is "esc".)

There is no any botton on the back of the keyboard for paring either...

Mmmmmm....
