Product: HP 280 G2 SFF
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I'm just trying to install the latest intel Hd graphics driver on one of my HP 280 G2 SFF machines and the install keeps failing. Are there any logs or potential solutions?

 

FXN_2016_Intel GFX_Win10_SKL,  softpac number: SP79575, version: 21.20.16.4550Bp3

 

The same update installs ok on a different HP 280 G2 SPP (exact same hardware)

 

any help appreciated. Thanks,
