Product: Any Monitors

Hi, I'm trying to get information regarding the possible purchase of redundant monitors bought back from corporates for recycling. I intend to use them in community projects and I'm in need of something cost effective. I've been unable to find through retail partners whether these are available for purchase. Anybody know whether it's possible and what the process might be?
