MSXML Error

I have a HP Pavilion p6153f Desktop PC with Operating System MS Windows 7 Home premium 64.

After I enter the label information for printing on Brother QL-570 label printer, followed by requesting print or save.

I get a screen display: "MSXML Error. Invalid Class String", this is then followed by "Failed to save Document".

The label is printed, but it will NOT save the label.

Re: MSXML Error

I went through the procedure as per Big Dave's instructions.

I ran the update package and after DL, the following comment appeared "Error opening installation log file.

Verify that the specified log file location exsists and is writable"

I also tried saving and then running install and got the same comment
