Product: Pavillionp6680t pc
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Media Smart program for making a music CD is not working- I load the music to the list for burning, then try to burn and get a "windows closing program- Media smart not working" message and that's it. This program used to work fine, made many music CD's - now it won't even run...help. Can I re-install this HP program to correct this issue??

Hi,

 

Did uou upgrade/downgrade your machine ? Re-install it may not help because it is not compatible with Windows 10 but you can always try (to re-install it).

 

Please try the following software called  CyberLink Power2Go  for HP computers

 

    ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp78001-78500/sp78217.exe

 

and its manual

 

    http://download.cyberlink.com/ftpdload/user_guide/power2go/6/ENU/Power2GO_UG.pdf
