HP ENVY 700-210xt
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I tried to order new media to restart my computer, but I got a message that said that no WIN 8.1 software was available for this computer.   My hard drive crashed, so I could not create the media from the hard drive.  Why would this WIN 8.1 not be available for the fairly new computer?
