Hp 19 all in one

I can hear the computer and fans kick on but my monitor stays off.

It was about a month and a half ago. It happened right after a breaker was switched off. The computer was on at the time. I did try the trouble shooting method provided by the hp website. It didn't work.

I recommend you connect the computer to an external monitor or a TV and check whether you are getting any display.

 

If you are getting display on the external monitor then the issue is with the display on the computer and I recommend you to contact phone support and check the available service options for your computer.
