Motherboard and processor upgrade

HP Pavilion p6-2136 Desktop PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

Is there a chance to upgrade and change out the aforementioned parts on this desktop? Or should I just do a total rebuild? Or anything along those lines.

Goal is to use a zotac gtx 750ti and AMD 6300 processor (i am aware this is not compatible with the current mobo).

Thanks in advance.
