Mouse Disappears

HP Recommended

I have a brand new HP Pav-510 P127c. I am using a Logitech M305 Wireless mouse. The mouse disappears several times a day. I haven't noticed any thing in specific to cause the mouse to disappear. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the mouse driver. The only way to get the mouse to reappear is to do a hard reboot. I've tried moving the wireless mouse adaptor to a different USB port - no luck. Thank you in advance.

When did you most-recently replace the battery inside the wireless mouse?

Got a spare battery to "swap" in?

Got a home-handyman "Multi-Meter" to test the voltage and amperage being produced by the battery?
