Product: W4m60ea
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was given some days to activate my office but I didn't have the product key,now it stopped working. It needs activation.

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

 

I'm sorry, but there is nothing we can do about that.  

 

Office versions that are preinstalled are generally limited-time trial versions.  Activation of those is a Microsoft issue, not HP -- and we are powerless to override that.

 

You can try contacting Microsoft to see if they can help in any way.
