My Pavillion keeps locking up, and it's new!

Hello,

 I have a new Pavillion Notebook 15-au020wm, with Intel Core i5-6200U Processor, 8192Mb DDR SRAM, windows 10 {8} {21}.

This thing will lock up numerous times and all I do is look up music sheets and check e -mail and news, and Facebook also.

We have had it for 3 months.

Spectrum {Time Warner] is my ISP. I am at 15Mbps.

Is it possible that this IS ALL my lock up Problem??

A new laptop should not be freezing. It is usually a hardware issue. You have a 1 year warranty-I would start a request for warranty service:
