Laptop-FKHSBDUP
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My laptop is running fine, however whenever I open my internet, on any browsers; Microsoft edge, google chrome, internet explorer etc, the laptop freezes and says there's an error with the application. I've scanned my laptop for viruses, and there is none, i don't know what else to do.

Sorry, I can't find any HP product info for FKHSBDUP -- are you sure this is the product code?


Also, I see you're running Win10. Did the PC come preinstalled with Win10? Or, did you upgrade it from a prior OS to Win10?

We can proceed when you provide the information.
