Microsoft Windows Vista

My monitor HPvs19e have a problem. I turn off my pc, when I turn on my monitor dont work for an hour or two, it goes to sleep. I dont understand what is the problem with it. After 2 hour my monitor turn on and work good. It means that monitor dont work in the same time when I turn on my pc.

 

I dont know how to fix this problem. Can anyone help me please!!
