Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HI! At start up get a blank screen. Fan seems to be on but won't boot up. Have tried reconnecting and f10 on start up but no result.  End up with a blank screen only

Contact HP Support.

 

Since you have no video or keyboard/mouse control there is not much you can do to solve this. You could open the system up to get to the motherboard and then pull the small, usually a CR 2032 watch battery from the motherboard after disconnecting from power. Let the PC sit about 10 to 15 minutes before reinstalling the battery. This will reset CMOS.

 

You may have a component failure which may need to be replaced.
