Is the computer unable to play online videos like from Youtube or videos from a DVD, etc?
As per the product model no. you have an HP Pavilion a4313w Desktop PC shipped with Win7 operating system. If this issue started recently with the videos then please perform a Microsoft System Restore to rollback the PC to an earlier date when everything worked fine. A System Restore will not delete your data.
If you're trying to play a movie then please using other video player applications and check if that helps. Also, download and run the Microsoft troubleshooter to fix any issues with the Windows operating system.
