You should have checked at Intel. Here it is.
This may be a redundant question so please bear with me on this. Why are you using Ghost (Old Tech) instead of more modern software like Acronis True Image?
A snapshot of your current working computer state is far better than a Ghost boot setup which may or may not work. I have used Ghost on past Operating Systems and found it useful but definitely not user unfriendly.

I am unable to access the site (http://forums11.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/bizsupport/questionanswer.do?threadId=1306804) you gave for NDIS2 driver for Intel (r)82578 LM Gigabit network connection. May be the site no longer exist. Could you please help me locate the driver? I need NDIS2 driver for the NIC to create a PXE boot disk. Thank you. Ralook
