Product: HP S3 3D Light Scanner
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

I've been talking to HP phone support who has directed me here. My problem is in unpacking and doing the first set-up I have discover that the Acer K132 Projector unit is non-functioning. The unit does power on. The buttons light up, but the unit does not project any light/ image from the lense. I have hooked it up to a different computer to use as a basic projector and had no luck as well. 

 

As this is a brand new unit I'm trying to find out how to replace the K132 projector. Any advice? Perhaps HP Tech will take notice of this and contact me, because HP Support had no answers on how I could address this beyond posting here.

do you get Acer logo when you start projector? Does LED light turn from red to blue?

No acer logo. No projection light at all from the unit. The LED does change from red to blue. I also noticed that the remote nor the button can shut the unit off once it is turned on.

There is no help in this case, you need a new unit.
